HOT MAMA TIPS
-
USE ME WITH YOUR PERI WASH BOTTLE, IN YOUR BATH, OR SPRAY A BIT ON YOUR PAD FOR EXTRA SOOTHING & HEALING POWERS.
-
YOU CAN EVEN USE THE HEALING SPRAY ON OTHER CUTS AND ABRASIONS TO HELP DIMINISH HEALING TIMES.
*Please note* When using Viva La Vulva healing spray on your C-Section incision we recommend talking to your LMC first to discuss your specific needs and when would be best to start. It is usually recommended to wait about a week or two after delivery and once the bandage has come off. But using the healing spray can help diminish healing time and is an ideal remedy for any cuts, tears, and scars.
THE GOOD WITCH HAZEL
A magical potion, used for centuries, Witch Hazel heals and soothes when it feels like everything is on fire down there. It is known for its ability to reduce inflammation of sensitive skin. Not only that, but it can also help prevent infection, ease pain, stop minor bleeding, alleviate itching, soothe tears after childbirth and help to relieve haemorrhoids.
You can use the Witch Hazel directly on your c-section incision, as it’s ideal for any cuts, tears, and scars and helps diminish scar healing time, and can help alleviate itching as the scar dries. It is also soothing for vaginal swelling, and tenderness that tends to happen after birth, even with a c-section.
INGREDIENTS:
Witch Hazel (Hamamelis) and nothing else!
