Loved using this roller during labour! It’s my first time using clary sage. I can’t say whether it helped promote contractions, however I found it very calming, relaxing and the roller makes it quick & easy to use. I also struggled with postpartum insomnia - but this has been so nice to use before bed! LOVE IT SO MUCH.

Didn't get to use these products in the months after I had my babies, but absolutely love all of them. The padsicle gel is amazing for sunburn!

I'm not sure if Viva La Vulva was a thing when I was post partum, so unfortunately I did not get to use these amazing products in the immediate months after having my babies. I had an emergency c-section and then a VBAC with my 2nd baby. Purchased the oil to gently massage my c-section scar because it hurts internally when pushed in certain ways. It has improved, so never too late to give your scar some love!

As a young, fit, first time maamaa I was absolutely humbled by post-partum recovery. I don't even want to imagine post-partum recovery without these products. Absolutely life saving.

I had my 2nd baby almost 7 weeks ago, I ended up by this product at 2 weeks postpartum it helped me heal so fast, it’s amazing & has worked wonders for me I wish I knew about this when I had my 1st baby thank you VIVA LA VULVA, I can’t wait till my stitches have fully healed so I can apply the oil for when it scars.❤️

I have suffered really badly with constipation post partum and this has definitely helped to soften things. I have not had horrific big hard ones anymore haha. I'm sure frequency would be helped too if I took this drink more than once a day but I don't often get there. Taste is pleasant, texture takes a little getting used to. Sometimes hard to get it lump free when stirring. Glad to have something breastfeeding friendly, would definitely recommend

I’ve used my peri-bottle for my last 2 births postpartum and I kid you not this saved me!! It gave me so much comfort during a very vulnerable time of healing.

This little bottle was a little lifesaver and went much further than I thought. I used it SO much and it's completely gone. If I recommended you to buy only two things from VLV it would be this + the peri bottle. They're a dream duo. I'd never heard of Witch Hazel before VLV and I'm so glad I know it now. I also have hemorrhoids from labour and these provided welcome relief to those.

I also put drops of this on my pads together with the padsicle gel. So many great ways to use this product, couldn't recommend it enough.

I used this in combination with the witch hazel drops on the pad and loved it. Such great relief. I prepared these beforehand and froze them and would take them out to thaw while I showered. It was a lovely way to reduce swelling early on but also to feel fresh. I never thought I'd want something cold against my vulva but so grateful I did buy this because it made all the difference.

Great massage oil that wasn't used solely on my perineum! My partner also used it to massage my neck and shoulders while in labour. I was quite nervous about using this as I am prone to yeast infections but this lovely bottle didn't cause any disruption at all and was bliss.

Nothing but relief from this lovely pink bottle! I used it every time I went to the bathroom but also in the shower. I was nervous putting the shower head down there at first being worried it would hurt so I used this instead in the shower and it was incredible because I had jets from both sides haha. I had the Good Witch Hazel drops in this too and it made all the difference. I bled for almost six weeks so this bottle got used a whole of a lot. I still use it now after sex & when I am on my period.

I can't tell you how much relief this bottle provided. It was incredible. Honestly so nice to spray this in between changing of pads & maternity nappies. I felt like I was having a mini shower and a freshen up every time. I was so nervous at first as I am prone to yeast infections but this was nothing but bliss. Highly recommend.

Had a 3rd degree tear and 2 episiotomies - midwife recommended getting this spray the morning after birth. Ordered and arrived quickly and was absolute life saver. Was always commented on that the wounds were clean, no issues with infections and healed really nicely
