Growing a baby is hard work and this made me feel like I was actually taking five minutes for myself in between the chaos. Smells so good and I even used the leftovers as a foot soak when I couldn't be bothered running a bath!
Was nice to use esp to give the girly a wash while going toilet ( was abit scared to use hospital toilet paper lol) Didn’t really use it for diluting mainly used it as a wash. Will use this every birth tho it’s a must!
After my first natural birth this helped a lot. everytime I went toilet I would spray the heck out of it 😂 Such a Nice cooling effect when everything seems hot and swollen down there, I loved it and will purchase again next pregnancy!

Ngl, I didn't use much of what was in here but almost all the products I did use, I would 100% use again for my next birth (if im mad enough to do it again).
Healing Perineal Spray and the Peri Wash Bottle were my best friends those first few weeks trying to heal with my tearing. I cried for my Breasties while my engorged boobs were killing me.
Did try the Perineal Massage Oil but hated the process. Was way too uncomfortable and painful.
Birth Comb and Keep Rollin’ Clary Sage & Lavender Roller were packed in the Terry Towel Toiletry Bag in my hospital bag but show time was so fast and aggressive we completely forgot about them :(
I didn't use anything else which is a shame because it is such a well thought out pack in theory and I really planned to use it all but nothing about childbirth goes to plan 😅
I recieved this as part of a gift from my cousin. She also included the peri bottle, witch hazel, padsicle gel. They were so helpful after a pretty full on birth where I not only got an episotomy but also tore upwards. My healing has been surprisingly straight forward and smooth sailing, I credit that partly to great products (and amazing whānau who have already experienced post partum and know what you need). The spray was so cooling and soothing plus easy and discreet as someone who needed to stay in SCBU while healing to be with my baby.
Would thoroughly recommend anything from this brand after receiving a range of their products and all of them delivering what they said they would.
This is an absolute must and something I buy any new Mum as it is so crucial for your healing, especially if you have any stitches
I loved it, it absolutely helped me out postpartum from the moment I had my first shower postpartum to the day I healed right up from using the cooling gel and witch hazel drops, I made padsicles aswell and they were amazing. I recommend Viva La Vulva to anyone and everyone I meet and know who are pregnant or plan on getting pregnant!!!

Toilet time after pushing a whole baby out your nether region is like an Olympic sport. The tensing, the sting, the pressure and all the gore is something that we should get a medal for enduring. With my first child I bared that all on my own until I found this beauty of a product that genuinely became by toilet time bestie. The peri bottle takes the sting away whilst you do your business as well as keeping you clean so you don’t have to rub yourself clean (ouch iykyk) and instead can pat yourself dry. 10/10 product
Having both kids via c-section I was very worried about which products would benefit my body after all it had been through during giving birth so it was a nice piece of mind knowing that most if not all products are made with natural ingrediants safe for myself and most importantly my baby
Purchased this as a gift for a coworker having her first child, along with raspberry tea leaf and I was as thrilled to give it to her as she was to receive. Necessary products, gorgeous packaging all presented beautifully. Preparation and recovery for mama is so important for the care of baby and this brand has really done the work to make moms feel the love and open up conversations on often taboo subjects in a very thoughtful, caring, honest way! Couldn’t recommend enough and wish I knew about this brand when I was in the perinatal stage. This birthing comb was my best friend during Labour. I had a very beautiful, natural Labour and I honestly believe that was due to the birthing comb. I had this in my hand throughout the whole thing, and found it really effective! I recommend this comb to all my friends and wouldn’t do my next without it!
I had this close by during active labour and the lead up into it. I found it really calming and settling between surges. I also used it in the few days before hand and found it helped keep be balanced.
I loved the witch hazel drops in my peri bottle when needing to use the loo after giving birth I had a third degree tear so was in quite a bit of pain this helped immensely alongside the healing perineal spray.
Love love love the clary sage roller. This was amazing the last few weeks of pregnancy I found the smell calming and there is the myth that it can bring on labour I do believe this as when I started using it I would get strong contractions a few hours after then three days later I had my son at exactly 40 weeks :)
