Honestly I love this and will be using this long term as helps you feel so much fresher and cleaner! My husband has even started using it and loves it too haha

This set is everything you need and more for postpartum! Honestly I didn’t end up using the comb but plan to use for my hair and didn’t get to use the roll on however love the smell and will use in future. The spray, witch hazel and peri bottle have been integral in my healing journey as I had a couple minor tears and this is so gentle. Love the toiletry bag to keep it all together. Haven’t used the gel yet though plan to soon!

Loved using these cold when my milk supply was heavy and I’d often be engorged and hot. The difference between these and other brands I’ve seen is the fabric back so it’s comfortable against your skin and the size is bigger. So good and better than wasting cabbage :)
Awesome to use on your pads and/ or in your peri wash bottle post partum. Essential combo with the bottle and healing perennial spray for me.
I started using my peri wash bottle during my pregnancy and still use it for every trip to the bathroom now (I’m 3 months pp). I don’t even know how there was a time when these didn’t exist for mums post partum. Game changer for feeling clean and not disturbing any stitches pp. For the first two weeks I also put the Good Witch in my bottle with water.
I started really using the healing perineal spray from day 4 when the birth high was wearing off and pain started kicking in. The cool feeling was so good and I used this alongside the good witch on my pads and the peri spray bottle. Loved that combo for healing pp.

Used this after my recent hysterectomy. Perfect size and nice soft cover. Good having three so there’s always one frozen and ready to go. Highly recommend.

As a first time mum, I was so glad to have discovered Viva La Vulva. The peri wash bottle with the witch hazel drops was an absolute game changer and a necessity for those first few weeks. I had an induction and my contractions went from zero to 100, and I used the comb straight away which helped so much!!!
My sister made me a postpartum nappy caddy with all the essentials, and I used the whole bottle of healing spray!! It was so easy to just spray directly onto postpartum undies or pads. Perfect for my recovery.
