Most mamas order from around 36 weeks so everything is unpacked and within reach before baby arrives — the ice packs want a few hours in the fridge, and nobody wants to be ordering postpartum products at 2am on day three.

That said, it's just as useful ordered in the first few weeks after birth. Recovery doesn't happen on a schedule.

Much of it, yes — the breastfeeding care, the bath soak once you've been cleared, and the ice packs for tender boobs or headaches. Belly birth recovery still involves bleeding, so the peri bottle and witch hazel are genuinely useful too.
