Hello mamas-to-be! My name is Jessica. I’m a Hypnobirthing educator, Birth & Postpartum Doula, and Mama of two. I 

I am a huge advocate of pregnant women & new mothers being supported and having all the resources they need, as they navigate one of the biggest and most important transitions of their lives.

 My mission is to support you on your journey in having a positive birth and postpartum experience using a holistic approach that honours your mind, body, and spirit.

I offer in-person and online Hypnobirthing and Birth Preparation Classes
