Ingredients/Materials
Inner contents: Glycerin, Sodium Polyacrylate, Sorbitol, Water (non-toxic gel beads)
Outer material: PVC, 100% Polyester

How To Use
For Vaginal Birth: Freeze for at least 1 hour. Slip her into the soft sleeve and wear outside your pad/undies, or lie down with her in place.
For Belly Birth: Chill her in the fridge (not freezer). Once cooled, apply gently over your incision with a towel barrier – only after bandages are removed, and always check with your Lead Maternity Carer.
For Warm Use: Wrap her in a moist cloth and microwave in short bursts (max 30 seconds). Warmth can feel comforting once initial swelling has settled, but always follow the advice of your Lead Maternity Carer.
Important: Always use with the pink sleeve or a cloth barrier – never directly on bare skin.
