Hey hot mama, need a little help cooling down? We’ve got you.

She’s specifically designed to contour comfortably to your perineal area - so you can chill when everything feels sore, swollen, or sensitive.

Reusable and practical, she gives you the cooling comfort you’ll be grateful for in those early days. Because sometimes, ice cubes in a tea towel just don’t cut it.

Why Mamas Love it

Targeted comfort – she’s shaped to fit where you need it most

Easy + practical – she’s reusable, freezable, microwaveable, and wipe clean

Designed for postpartum – she’s gentle on tender areas after birth

Hospital bag essential – trust us, you’ll be glad you packed her

Reusable = less waste – better for you + the environment

Benefits

Reusable + practical – she’s freezable, microwaveable, and easy to clean

For Vaginal Birth: Cooling comfort for perineal areas, including after tears or episiotomy

For Belly Birth: She can be used gently over your scar once bandages are removed – always check with your Lead Maternity Carer

For Sensitive Areas: She provides gentle comfort for anal soreness or swelling

Ingredients/Materials

Inner contents: Glycerin, Sodium Polyacrylate, Sorbitol, Water (non-toxic gel beads)

Outer material: PVC, 100% Polyester

Formula: Reusable / BPA + Latex Free / Mama Safe

Note: In the unlikely event that irritation occurs, please discontinue use.

How To Use

For Vaginal Birth: Freeze for at least 1 hour. Slip her into the soft sleeve and wear outside your pad/undies, or lie down with her in place.

For Belly Birth: Chill her in the fridge (not freezer). Once cooled, apply gently over your incision with a towel barrier – only after bandages are removed, and always check with your Lead Maternity Carer.

For Warm Use: Wrap her in a moist cloth and microwave in short bursts (max 30 seconds). Warmth can feel comforting once initial swelling has settled, but always follow the advice of your Lead Maternity Carer.

Important: Always use with the pink sleeve or a cloth barrier – never directly on bare skin.

Hot Mama Tip
Once you’re feeling healed and good, keep her as your go-to ice pack for headaches, or warm her up to ease muscle tension elsewhere. Talk about multi-tasking.
