How To Use
B( . )( . )B Balm: With clean hands, apply a small amount to nipples between feeds. No need to wipe off before breastfeeding
Breasties (Cool): Chill in the fridge or freezer for at least 1 hour. Place inside bra, fabric side to skin
Breasties (Warm): Wrap in a moist paper towel or cloth + microwave in 10-second intervals (max 30 seconds). Place inside bra, fabric side to skin
Side note: You don’t have to wear a bra. Free the nip!
