Most mamas order from around 36 weeks, so it's packed and by the door well before anything starts. It arrives in its own toiletry bag, so there's no repacking to do — it goes straight in.

It is. It's physically in the kit at no extra cost, and it isn't counted in the $150.70 — so the saving you see is the saving you get.

From 37 weeks, and not before. Clary sage is traditionally associated with encouraging contractions, which is exactly what you want at the end and exactly what you don't want earlier.

If you've had a complicated pregnancy or you're planning a booked C-section, have a quick word with your midwife or LMC first.

Most of it, yes. The peri bottle and witch hazel matter whichever way you birth — belly birth still means weeks of bleeding — and the toiletry bag and spray are just as handy.
