Belly Birth Scar Oil: Castor Oil, Olive Oil, Comfrey Oil, Jojoba Oil, Flaxseed Oil, Hypercal Oil, Vitamin E, Lavender Oil
Belly Birth Ice Packs: Contents – Glycerin, Sodium Polyacrylate, Sorbitol, Water. Outer material – PVC, 100% Polyester soft sleeve. Non-toxic beads

How To Use
Step 1: Belly Birth Ice Packs: Chill in the fridge (not freezer). Once cooled, place in the soft sleeve + apply over your incision for 10 minutes at a time, every couple of hours in the first few days. Always use with a barrier (sleeve or towel) – never directly on skin
Step 2: Healing Spray: Once your bandage is removed, lightly spray over your incision area (or other sensitive spots). Always check with your LMC before first use
Step 3: Belly Birth Scar Oil: Once your incision is fully healed + your LMC has given the all-clear, gently massage a few drops into the scar area daily to help soften + hydrate the skin
