How To Use
Healing Perineal Spray
This babe is ready when you are. Shake her up and spray directly where you need a little cooling comfort. She’s made with witch hazel and designed to spray upside down (because practicality matters).
Peri Wash Bottle
Sometimes wiping just isn’t an option, and it stings to pee. This girlie helps you rinse gently and keep things clean – just fill her with warm water and squeeze while you wee to dilute and reduce the sting. Wash with hot, soapy water before and after use (never pop her in the dishwasher or steriliser – she’ll melt!).
Healing Bath Soak
This one’s for a little TLC. Sprinkle her into warm water and sink in for a few minutes of calm. Handmade with natural botanicals (including The Good Witch Hazel and Viva’s Hypercal blend), she’s here to help you rest and recharge – body and soul.
The Good Witch Hazel
This babe’s a botanical classic. Apply a few drops to your Peri Wash Bottle, maternity pad, or reusable cloth for gentle cleansing. She’s cooling, refreshing, and kind to sensitive skin, whether that’s perineal or anal.
Perineal Power Soothing Ice Packs
Cool this gal in the fridge (not freezer) and use with a soft sleeve or towel barrier for comfort after birth. They’re reusable, washable, and perfect for sensitive areas, whether it’s perineum, vulva, or belly.
Breasties
For cool comfort, chill these babes in the fridge or freezer and pop them into your bra, fabric side to skin. For warmth, wrap in a damp towel and heat in short 10-second bursts. They’re here for your tender or engorged days – gentle, soothing, and reusable.
B( . )( . )B Balm
With clean hands, apply a small amount to your nipples after feeding. She’s made with all-natural ingredients, gentle enough that there’s no need to wipe off before your next feed.
Mama-to-Be Belly Mask
Think of her like a sheet mask, but for your belly. Unfold, place over your bump, and relax for 15–20 minutes while she hydrates tight, stretching skin. Rub in any leftover serum for an extra hit of nourishment.
Perineal Massage Oil
From 34 weeks onward, warm a few drops between your fingers and gently massage the perineal area a few times a week. She’s your prep partner – helping you feel more connected and ready for birth.
Padsicle Gel
If you have to wear a pad, might as well make it soothing. Apply a small amount to your maternity pad for instant cooling comfort. You can also freeze the pad for extra chill factor.
Birth Comb
When contractions hit, hold this babe in your palm with the teeth pressing into your skin. The pressure can help ground your focus and shift your attention during labour. Simple, small, and mighty – a true labour sidekick.
Hot Mama Tip
This babe’s the ultimate postpartum wing-woman – practical, pampering, and unapologetically all about you.
