First timer

As a first time Mum, in preparation for birth I wanted to find natural products that would support my healing and recovery. This pack was my saving grace after birth. I cannot take anti-inflammatory medication so these items, along with the padsicle gel (which is awesome!) has helped me immensely to reduce swelling, ease discomfort and sooth any stinging. Currently in my third trimester and my vagina has already gone thru it! From thrush to UTI, yeast infections, swollen vagina- to name a few. I've tried lots of creams and medications but thus stuff is the best. The ice packs are so relieving for swelling already so I know I'll get good use after birth. I've used all the bath soak too as that was the only thing that would relieve vaginal irriation for me. The healing spray is also amazing I use it before bed so I don't get irritated at night. Well worth investing in before you have the baby and I know I'll get lots of use out of all the products when baby is here too.
